With any legal aromatic herbs and botanical blends of your choice. The Roller is a precision craft tool: it does not encourage any consumption and is used within a strictly legal framework. The end use is the user's responsibility, in line with the laws in force in their country.

Yes — that's the whole point. The hand-made “French” gesture takes years of practice. The Roller reproduces it thanks to its patented mechanism:

• you place the corners of your paper, it does the rest;
• a regular cone from your very first tries;
• true consistency settles in after 3 to 5 uses.

• 4 short clips in open access — unboxing the Original Box, unboxing the Premium Box, manual rotation and mechanical rotation (screwdriver option). No sign-up.
• Two full walkthroughs (Original & Premium rollers) on individual request: three cones made in a row (classic, King Size, and King Size with the French-method trim), filmed close-up with a dried aromatic plant for illustration.

• PETG for the body and structural parts — rigid, durable, heat- and impact-resistant.
• TPU for the flexible rods, the heart of the patented mechanism.
• No PLA, anywhere.
• All printed in my workshop in Troyes, France.

For durability. PETG holds its rigidity and takes knocks; the flexible TPU lets the rods bend hundreds of times without breaking. The pair costs more than PLA — but PLA warps from 50 °C, which rules it out for an object you wash and carry around.

• Rinse it under water or let it soak, then air-dry. No dishwasher.
• TPU rods are replaceable — a spare set is in every box.

• First ordered, first delivered.

• France: tracked Colissimo, €6.90 — free from €80 (delivered in France).
• European Union: real rate shown at checkout, no customs duties (EU).
• Switzerland, USA, Canada: real rate shown at checkout. Outside the EU, you are the importer — local import taxes, duties and carrier fees are paid on delivery (for the USA, roughly 15% plus a handling fee).

For the USA: adults 21+, and a few states are not served. Checkout is in euros (EUR). Not shipping to the UK or Norway for now.

Yes — you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, with no reason required. Return shipping is at your expense, from your country. Any import taxes or duties you paid are not refundable by me (you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority).

Box received in good condition at the Troyes workshop → full refund (product + original delivery cost) within 14 days.

• Support handled personally: any part faulty on delivery is replaced free of charge.

All wear parts are replaceable. A spare-parts shop (rods, screws, tongues, colours) will open after the 1,000 boxes are delivered — with priority access and preferential pricing for early buyers.

The internal mechanical principle — what makes the “French method” by DdO reliable and repeatable. The technical detail and dimensions remain my know-how: confidential.

The prototype draw and prize giveaways are currently open to residents of metropolitan France only, for legal reasons. You're very welcome to share the launch anyway — it's the single biggest thing that helps this invention reach more people.
