Yes. La Batte by DdO is a precision craftsmanship tool for shaping cones from dried botanical preparations, including legal herbs & botanicals where permitted. It does not encourage any consumption; final use is the responsibility of the user, in compliance with applicable laws.

Two levels of demonstration are available on our how-to-use page:

• 4 short clips freely available — unboxing of the Original Box, unboxing of the Premium Box, manual rotation, and mechanical rotation (screwdriver attachment option). No sign-up needed.
• Full 12-minute demonstration on individual request: three consecutive builds (classic cone, King Size, and King Size with a French-style tip), filmed in close-up using a dried aromatic plant for illustrative purposes.

The full demonstration is reserved for adults and accessible via our dedicated form. You'll receive the viewing link(s) within 24 business hours by email.

Shipping at the carrier's actual cost, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

• PETG for the body and structural parts — rigid, durable, heat- and impact-resistant.
• TPU for the flexible rods, the heart of the patented mechanism.
• No PLA, anywhere.
• All printed in my workshop in Troyes.

For durability. PETG holds up rigidity and impacts; flexible TPU lets the rods bend hundreds of times without breaking. The duo costs more than PLA — but PLA deforms at just 50 °C (122 °F), which rules it out for an object you wash and carry around.

• Rinse it under water or soak it, then air-dry. No dishwasher.
• TPU rods are replaceable — a spare set comes in every box.
• Everything is detailed in photos and videos in the "getting started" guide.

• Legal conformity warranty of 2 years (under French Consumer Code art. L217-3).
• Warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code art. 1641 to 1648).
• Support handled personally: any part defective on delivery is replaced free of charge.

All wear parts are replaceable. A spare parts shop (rods, screws, tongues, colors) will open after the 1,000 boxes are delivered — priority access and better rates for early buyers.

Yes — you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, with no reason required. Return shipping costs are at your expense (approx. €7-12 from France, €15-22 from Belgium/Luxembourg, €30-45 from Switzerland + customs declaration).

Box received in good condition at the Troyes workshop → full refund (product + original shipping costs) within 14 days.
